Come tantalize your taste buds in the restaurant Franco-Bahamian of 15 tables located On-Site, with a stunning view of our bay.
The Chef, Heather, and his team concoct dishes mixing French flavors and local produce (Mahi Mahi, lobster, conch …)
Open for lunch and dinner, they can also prepare packed lunches when your boat rides or walks in the city.
At the bar or at the beach bar, you will enjoy the only mojitos on the island as well as many cocktails such as the “Bahama Mama” and “Gombay smash” local rum-based drinks.

Tycia and Nicka, will be happy to help you during your stay to rent a car, book a taxi, excursion, restaurant, etc.
A short briefing will be offered on arrival to help you better organize your stay according to the activities and excursions that you want.
We will provide you a map of the island, and we even have a free app. that you can download on your phone to get all of our points of interest !
Because the TV signal is a little bit “weak” on this part of Exuma, we provide you some DVD’s (for free) and books.
